1. What is a workspace
A workspace is your dedicated space in Promer, a container for your products, ad creatives, team members, and credits. Everything you create and manage lives inside a workspace.
If you run multiple brands or stores, you can create a separate workspace for each one so nothing gets mixed up.
What you can do in a workspace
- Keep brands separate: each workspace holds its own products, ad creatives, and brand assets. Work on multiple businesses without mixing anything up.
- Work with your team: invite members (up to 10) to collaborate on creatives and share access to the workspace's products and assets.
- Manage credits per workspace: each workspace runs on its own credit balance and plan, so usage from one brand doesn't affect another.
Your two types of workspaces
You'll find both types in Settings → Workspaces.


2. Create a workspace
- Go to Settings → Workspaces and click + Create workspace in the top corner.

- Upload a profile photo (optional). Use an image in JPG or PNG format, max 5 MB.
- Enter a workspace name (max 50 characters).
- Add team members by entering their email addresses (optional). You can always invite them later.
- Click Create workspace and choose a plan for your workspace.


3. Edit your workspace
Only workspace owners can edit workspace details.
- Go to Settings → Workspaces and open the workspace you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button below the workspace name.
- In the Edit workspace modal, update the profile photo or name.

- Click Save changes.

4. Switch between workspaces
- Click your workspace name in the bottom-left corner. A panel will open showing all your workspaces.
- Select a workspace to switch to it.
The currently active workspace is marked with a checkmark.
5. Invite members
Team collaboration create better ads with diverse winning structures. Here's how to add your teammates to your workspace:
- Open your workspace from Settings → Workspaces.
- Click your workspace section.
- Scroll to the Members section and click Invite member.

- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Click Send invites.

Invited members will appear with an (Invited) tag until they accept. They’ll see your workspace under Invited workspaces in their Settings page with Accept and Decline buttons.
6. Remove members
- Open your workspace and find the member you'd like to remove.
- Click the ⋯ (three-dot menu) next to their name and select Remove member.

- Click Remove to confirm.

The member will lose access immediately. Their past actions will remain in the workspace.
7. Leave a workspace
If you're a member of someone else's workspace and want to leave, you can do it from two places:
- From the workspace detail page: click Leave workspace at the bottom of the members list.
- From the workspaces overview: click the ⋯ menu on the workspace card and select Leave workspace.

Click Leave to confirm.
