Create your account and sign in

Learn how to create your Promer account, verify your email, and sign in

1. Create your Promer account


You can create a free Promer account using your email or Google account.


Sign up with email


  1. Go to app.promer.ai and click **Sign in **at the bottom of left panel.
  2. Click Sign up
  3. Enter your Email and create a Password (at least 8 characters).



  1. Click Create account.
  2. Check your inbox for a verification email from Promer with the subject "Verify your email address."



  1. Click Verify email in the email to activate your account.



Didn't receive the verification email? Check your spam or junk folder, or click resend email on the verification screen.


Sign up with Google


  1. Go to app.promer.ai and click **Sign in **at the bottom of left panel.
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Select your Google account to sign in.
  4. Your account is created and verified automatically.


Signing up with Google means you don't need to set or remember a password. After that, Promer verifies your identity automatically.


2. Sign in to Promer


  1. Go to app.promer.ai and click **Sign in **at the bottom of left panel.
  2. Enter your Email and Password, then click Continue. Or click Continue with Google to sign in with your Google account.



3. Reset a forgotten password


If you can't sign in, you can reset your password from the sign-in page.


  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your Email and click Continue.



  1. Check your inbox for an email from Promer with the subject "Reset your password."
  2. Click Reset password in the email.



  1. Enter your New password and Confirm password (at least 8 characters).
  2. Click Update password.



  1. Click Back to Sign in to log in with your new password.


Didn't receive the reset email? Check your spam folder or click Send again on the confirmation page.


To keep your account secure, choose a password you don't use on other sites and avoid common patterns, such as:

  • A word by itself
  • Recent years
  • Your name and birthdate
  • Simple sequences like “abc” or “6543”
  • Repeats like “aaa” or “abcabcabc”



If you prefer not to manage passwords, sign in with Google instead.
