Get to know Promer plans and credits

Understand Promer plans, credits, and pricing so you can pick the right option for your store.

1. Promer plans overview

Promer offers four plans:

Free ($0)
Starter ($9/month)
Pro ($29/month)
Unlimited ($59/month)

Higher plans give you more credits, more ad creatives per month, full access to Promer’s creative toolkit and better support.

The Free plan lets you explore what Promer can do at no cost. You get 40 credits per month and up to 8 ad creatives to try all AI features. To download your creatives and unlock unlimited access, upgrade to a paid plan. The Pro plan is our most popular choice for stores running ads every week.

2. How credits work

Credits are how Promer measures your creative generation usage. Every time you generate an ad image, concept, or video, credits are deducted from your balance.

Credits are only charged for successful outputs. If a generation fails due to an AI error or timeout, your credits will be refunded.

Plan credits vs. extra credits

Promer uses two types of credits:

Plan credits are included with your subscription and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused plan credits don't roll over to the next cycle.
Extra credits are purchased separately and never expire. They stay in your account regardless of plan changes.

Promer always uses your plan credits first. Once those run out, it draws from your extra credits.

What happens when you run out of credits?

You can still log in and use Promer. You just won't be able to generate new ad creatives. Browsing templates, downloading past creatives, and other non-AI actions are always free.

To keep generating, you can purchase extra credits at any time.

What happens to credits when you cancel or downgrade?

No. Your unused plan credits remain available for 2 months after you cancel or downgrade.

Any extra credits you've purchased never expire, they stay in your account regardless of plan changes.

3. How to buy extra credits

You can purchase extra credits anytime to top up your generation capacity. Extra credits don't change your plan or unlock new features, they simply give you more generations.

Go to Settings > Payment and plan.
Click Add credits.
Choose how many credits you want
Review the Credit summary to see your total and unit price.
Click Get [amount] credits for $[total] to complete your purchase.

Extra credits are added instantly and never expire.
