Manage your account & profile

Learn how to update your profile details and change your password from Promer settings.

1. Access your profile


  1. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner of the app.
  2. Click Settings.



  1. Select Your profile in the left sidebar.


From here you can update your profile photo, name, and password.




2. Change your profile photo


Your profile photo is visible to teammates in your workspace.

  1. Click Change photo next to your current profile photo.
  2. Upload an image in JPG or PNG format (max 5 MB).


3. Edit your name


  1. Click Edit next to your Full name.
  2. Update your name in the text field (max 30 characters).
  3. Click Save to confirm, or Cancel to discard changes.




Your email address can't be changed from the profile page. If you need to update your email, contact our support.



4. Change your password


  1. Click Change password on the Your profile page.
  2. Enter your Current password.
  3. Enter your new Password and Confirm password (at least 8 characters).
  4. Click Save.



Your existing creatives and workspace data won't be affected by a password change


Can't remember your current password? Sign out and use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Check Create your account and sign in article for the full reset steps.
