1. View your current plan and credits
The top banner of the Payment and plan page shows your current plan and credit balance at a glance.
You'll see:
- Your current plan name (e.g., Starter plan, Pro plan)
- Monthly credits - the plan credits available for your current billing cycle
- Extra credits - any purchased credits in your account
From here, you can click Add credits to buy more, or click Change plan to switch plans.

2. Check your billing details
The Billing details section shows your upcoming billing information:
- Next billing: The date your next billing cycle starts and your plan renews
- Next payment: The amount you'll be charged on your next billing date
- Billing cycle: Whether you're on a monthly or yearly plan

3. View your payment method
The Payment method section shows how your Promer subscription is being charged.
- Shopify-connected workspaces use Shopify payment. All charges (plan subscriptions and extra credit purchases) go through your Shopify billing.
- Non-Shopify workspaces use Stripe. You can manage your card details through the Stripe payment portal.

4. Review your billing history
The Billing history section at the bottom of the page shows all past transactions, including:
- Plan subscription charges (e.g., "Starter - Monthly Billing", "Pro - Yearly Billing")
- Extra credit purchases (e.g., "Extra credits: 500 purchased")
- The date, amount, and status of each transaction
Each transaction shows a Completed status badge when the payment has been processed successfully.
Use the pagination arrows to browse older transactions.

5. Switch between monthly and yearly billing
Switching from monthly to yearly at the same or higher tier is treated as an upgrade. Switching from yearly to monthly is treated as a downgrade.
