How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan

1. Upgrade your plan
- Go to Settings > Payment and plan.
- Click Change plan (or click the ⋮ menu and select Change plan).
- On the plan selection page, find the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click the button under each plan (Get Starter, Get Pro, or Scale with Unlimited).
- You'll be redirected to approve the subscription:
- Shopify-connected workspace: You'll see the Shopify approval page. Review the billing details and click Approve.
- Non-Shopify workspace: You'll see a Stripe payment page. Review the billing, enter your card details and click Pay.
- Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

What happens when you upgrade
- You get your new plan's credits right away, plus access to lower extra credit pricing and better support. You won't need to wait for your next billing cycle.
- Your previous plan's remaining credits don't carry over; the higher credits of your new plan apply from day one.
2. Downgrade your plan
- Go to Settings > Payment and plan.
- Click Change plan (or click the ⋮ menu and select Change plan).
- On the plan selection page, find the lower plan you want to switch to.
- Click the button under each plan (Get Starter, or Get Pro).
- A confirmation dialog will appear explaining that downgrading will reduce your monthly credits and may limit access to certain features.
- Click Downgrade anyway to confirm, or Keep my plan to stay on your current plan.

What happens when you downgrade
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.
- When the new cycle starts, your plan switches and credits reset to the lower plan's amount.
- If you cancel or downgrade, your remaining plan credits stay active for 2 months after the change, giving you time to use what you've got.
- Any extra credits you've purchased never expire, they stay in your account regardless of plan changes.
3. Cancel your plan
We don't offer refunds on paid plans. That said, you can cancel any time.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings > Payment and plan.
- Click Change plan (or click the ⋮ menu and select Change plan).
- On the plan selection page, click Try for Free under the Free plan.

- A confirmation dialog will appear letting you know that cancelling will move you to the Free plan with limited monthly credits and creative access.
- Click Cancel anyway to confirm, or Keep my plan to stay.

What happens when you cancel
- Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
- After that, you move to the Free plan. See Free plan details here
- If you cancel or downgrade, your remaining plan credits stay active for 2 months after the change, giving you time to use what you've got.
- Any extra credits you've purchased never expire, they stay in your account regardless of plan changes.
- Your generated creatives, saved ads, and Brand Kit are not deleted.
