Edit and refine your ad creatives

Learn how to use Creative editor to fine-tune your ad creatives with AI.

To open the editor, hover over any creative in My ads and click Edit.

1. Get to know the Creative editor

Creative editor lets you fine-tune any generated creative before downloading. Make quick text edits, apply AI-powered changes, or save new versions to explore different directions.

Here's what you can do:

Edit text: update headlines, body copy, and CTAs detected on your creative
Add text: add new text with custom fonts, colors and styles
Add logo: upload your brand logo and place it on the creative
Generate size: resize your creative to fit different ad platforms
AI prompt: make changes using suggested prompts or your own instructions
Edit with brush: paint a specific area and describe what to change

2. Edit text

Promer automatically detects text on your creative. Update it directly without remaking the entire ad.

Click Edit text in the toolbar.
Update detected text fields in the left panel.
Click Apply to update the creative.

3. Add text

Add new text to your creative with custom fonts, colors and styles. Use this for additional headlines, CTAs, or promotional text.

Click Add text in the toolbar.
Choose a Default style or pick from Font combinations for a pre-styled look.

*Default styles give you a blank heading, subheading, or description to customize.

*Font combinations are pre-designed text styles ready to use.

Edit your text and customize the font, color, and size in the top bar.
Position and resize the text on your creative.
Click Save as new creative to keep your changes.

4. Edit with AI-suggested prompt

Describe what you want to change and let AI apply it. The prompt bar at the bottom of the editor gives you two options.

Suggested prompts

Click any suggested prompt to make common changes:

Change background: replace or modify the background
Adjust product: refine how the product appears
Add promotions: add sale badges, discounts, or offers
Add social proof: add ratings, reviews, or trust signals

Custom prompt

Type your own instructions in the "What would you like to change?" field and submit.

Be specific with your prompts for better results. Instead of "make it better," try "change the background to a clean white studio" or "add a 20% off badge in the top corner."

5. Edit with brush

Select a specific area on your creative and describe what you want to change. This gives you precise control over which part of the creative AI edits.

Click Edit with brush at the bottom of the editor.
Paint over the specific area you want to change. The highlighted area is what AI will edit.
Describe what you want to change in the prompt field and submit.

Use the undo, redo, and delete controls below the creative to adjust your selection before submitting.

All your versions appear in the Creatives panel on the right. Click any version to switch between them. You can always go back to the original.

All saved versions are available in My ads. Click Download anytime to export your creative as an image ready for any ad platform.
