# Manage your account & profile

Learn how to update your profile details and change your password from Promer settings.

# 1. Access your profile

1. Click your **avatar** in the bottom left corner of the app.
2. Click **Settings**.

3. Select **Your profile** in the left sidebar.

From here you can update your profile photo, name, and password.

# 2. Change your profile photo

Your profile photo is visible to teammates in your workspace.
1. Click **Change photo** next to your current profile photo.
2. Upload an image in JPG or PNG format (max 5 MB).

# 3. Edit your name

1. Click **Edit** next to your **Full name**.
2. Update your name in the text field (max 30 characters).
3. Click **Save** to confirm, or **Cancel** to discard changes.

||| Your email address can't be changed from the profile page. If you need to update your email, [contact our support](mailto:support@promer.ai).

# 4. Change your password

1. Click **Change password** on the **Your profile** page.
2. Enter your **Current password**.
3. Enter your new **Password** and **Confirm password** (at least 8 characters).
4. Click **Save**.

Your existing creatives and workspace data won't be affected by a password change
