What is Ad Clone **Ad Clone** helps you recreate the structure of high-performing ads to generate polished creatives that match your brand style in minutes. With Ad Clone you can: * **Recreate winning ad structures** in a few clicks * **Generate multiple variations** to scale your creatives without a designer * **Stay on-brand** across every creative --- # 2. Select your product image Choose the product image you want to generate ad creatives for using one of the following options: **Select from your existing products** 1. Click **Select product** to browse your product images. 2. Switch between **Shopify products** and **Added products** tabs to find the one to create ad. Use **Search products** to search by product name. 3. Click **add product** to upload one directly: * **Enter product URL**: paste a product link from Amazon, Shopify, or any store. * **Upload product image**: drag and drop or click **Upload image**. Keep these tips in mind when selecting or uploading: * **Use clear, high-resolution images.** Blurry or low-quality photos make products hard to see. * **Show the full product in frame.** Avoid cropped or partially hidden products. * **Keep backgrounds clean.** Cluttered or busy backgrounds distract from your product. * **Avoid glare, shadows, or blur.** These reduce clarity and hurt the final results. * **Remove text, stickers, or watermarks.** Overlays can interfere with AI-generated layouts. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/e/1/a/ae1a138c3f867800/image_62wz5q.png) --- # 3. Select a reference ad Click **Select reference ad** to choose the ad template you want to recreate. AI will use this reference to generate creatives with your product image.You can browse across three tabs: **Winning ads** A curated library with 6000+ top-performing ads by industry or theme. **Ad Spy** Top ads from similar brands in your niche, with suggested searches to help you explore. **My library** Your generated, saved, or uploaded ads. | Not sure which template to pick? Customize your ad AI analyzes your selected product image and reference ad, then automatically suggests ad text for your creatives. You can review and customize this overlay text before generating. || Want ad text in a different language? Select your preferred language from the Creative language in the bottom bar. Set it before selecting a reference ad, or after getting the initial overlay text suggestions. Add a specific request (optional) Want to guide how your ad turns out? Click **+ Add specific request (optional)** to open a text field where you can share what you'd like to change or include. Use this to tell the AI how you'd like the creative to look or feel. You can **adjust elements from the reference or add new ideas**, like background, text, layout, style, or language. For examples: * **Background**: "Use a pastel pink background", "Add a lifestyle scene", "Keep the background minimal and clean" * **Text & tone**: "Softer tone", "Make the headline more playful", "Use all caps for body text", "Write in Spanish" * **Layout & elements**: "Remove logo", "No CTA button", "Add a discount badge" * **Style & branding**: "Use a luxury aesthetic", "Make it feel more youthful", "Match our summer campaign look" You can combine multiple details in one input to shape the final result. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/e/1/a/ae1a138c3f867800/image_wl2lyd.png) --- # 6. Customize your settings Use the bottom bar to fine-tune your results before generating. **Brand Kit (optional)** Brand Kit (optional) Select a Brand Kit to apply your logo, colors, and fonts automatically. | Don't have one yet? [See how to set up your Brand Kit.](https://help.promer.ai/en/article/how-to-set-up-your-brand-kit-1uwot1v/) **Aspect ratio** Choose the ratio that fits your ad platform: * **Meta (Facebook, Instagram feed):** 1:1, 4:5 * **Stories, Reels, TikTok:** 9:16 * **Google Display, YouTube:** 16:9, 1.91:1 * **LinkedIn:** 1:1, 1.91:1 More ratios are available in the selector. **Number of creatives** Select how many creative variations to generate. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/a/e/1/a/ae1a138c3f867800/image_ox3lvo.png) **Creative language** Select the language you want for your ad creatives. Changing this setting regenerates your overlay text suggestions in the selected language. Generate and save your creatives 1. Review your selections: product image, reference, Brand Kit, ratio, and number of creatives. 2. Click **Generate**. 3. Wait a few minutes while AI generates your ad creatives. 4.
